Bandwidth is the amount of data transferred between your web site and your site visitors. Whenever someone hits a page on your site with his or her browser, bandwidth is used to transfer the site content to the visitor's browser. A certain amount of bandwidth is included with each Standard Virtual Server. Web sites with heavy visitor traffic might have to pay extra for additional bandwidth. Bandwidth is measured in units of megabytes per month. This service doesn't need to be purchased separately, since it comes with each account.
Extra bandwidth charges over the amount included with your account are determined by a smooth curve - the more extra bandwidth you use, the cheaper the rate. Here's a sample chart of some points along that curve:

Customers with high bandwidth usage also have the option of adding blocks of bandwidth to their account. Each 10,000MB block (approximately 10GB) costs $50/month. If you add blocks of bandwidth to your account and don't use that much bandwidth, you must still pay for the blocks.
